(1) The Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Japan. All actions or proceedings relating to this Terms of Use shall be conducted in the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court, and user and The Company consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the said courts.
